Different Ways to Prepare and Relish Rabdi

If you have a sweet tooth, then undoubtedly rabdi is something which should not be missed to be tasted. The authentic delicacy, rabdi is relished all across the country. But at times making at home becomes challenging for many. So, to make it easy, we are hereby presenting two mouth watering sweet rabdi recipes which should be prepared and enjoyed this summer.

  1. Rabdi recipe

The evergreen rabdi recipe brings back those memories down the lane. Enjoying this recipe during summers, this recipe can be also made with a twist. Check out the recipe given below:

Ingredients

6 to 8 pistas (sliced)

6 to 8 Almonds (chopped)

1 litre Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

100 grams – Paneer grated and mashed

200 grams or ½ tin of Nestlé MILKMAID

½ tsp – Cardamom powder

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a pan and pour Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk and Nestlé MILKMAID in it. Do ensure that the pan has a thick bottom. Thereafter, add grated paneer in it. Mix this properly.

Step 2: Now let the mixture cook and give a boil to it. The mixture will be reduced to half quantity. Cook it on medium flame. Then remove it from flame.

Step 3: Sprinkle cardamom or elaichi powder in it. Serve chilled after garnishing pista and almonds in it.

  1. Malpua rabri recipe

Rabri is one such sweet delicacy with can be best savoured with Malpua. This combination is a major hit in weddings and social gatherings. Explore this malpua rabri recipe and enjoy with your loved ones.

For Sugar syrup:

Ingredients

2 cups or 300 ml of water

1 to 1 ½ cups of Sugar

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add water and sugar in it together. Bring it to boil to come up with a sweet syrup consistency.

For Rabri

2 tbsp of dried fruits (chopped and mixed)

½ tsp of elaichi powder

100 grams of paneer

150 ml or 1 cup of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

1 tbsp of maida

¼ tin or 100 grams of Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe:

Step 1: Take paneer and crumble it. Make it coarse and keep it aside. Take 3 to tbsp of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk and add maida in it. Make a paste.

Step 2: Now take a pan and place it on cooktop. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk and keep stirring it. Bring a boil. Now add maida paste in it. Keep stirring. Lower the flame and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Step 3:

Garnish it with chopped dried fruits, elaichi powder and paneer.

Step 4: Now place it in refrigerator and cool it.

For Malpua

Ingredients:

Paneer

1 cup or 150 ml of water

50 grams of maida

100 grams of Sooji

1 pinch of baking powder

Oil for frying

200 grams or ½ tin of Nestlé MILKMAID

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add maida, sooji, baking powder, water and half tin of Nestlé MILKMAID. Add paneer (crumbled) in the mixture. Beat and mix it well.

Step 2:

Take a frying pan and add oil in it to shallow fry malpuas. Now take one small ladle of this batter and make small and flat malpuas. Make sure that malpuas are brown and fried from both sides.

Step 3:

Now add these malpuas in sweet syrup for half minute. Take it off syrup. Place them in a plate. Pour rabri on it and serve it hot with nuts.
